My elder brother had a stoke and he is paralyzed. He had suffered a mild cardiac arrest also in the ICU and after that, he is in a coma stage. Doctors tried their best to bring him back to life. All these things happened due to his binge drinking and substance abuse. I am the only sibling and I'm the only breadwinner in the family.
